Highlight Your Match with the Tickaroo Live Blog Teaser Widget
If you are creating sports live blogs with Tickaroo and using one of our sports templates, you can easily promote your current match on your website with the Tickaroo Teaser Widget.
Here’s how it works:
- Create a Teaser Theme
In the Tickaroo Theme Generator, create a Teaser Theme just like your Live Blog Theme. You can customize the design directly in the editor under “Liveblog Integration.”
- Generate and Embed the Widget
Once your Teaser Theme is ready, generate the widget code with just a few clicks. Embed it anywhere on your homepage, for example, right at the top.
- Show Highlights or Latest Posts
The widget automatically displays either your highlight posts or the most recent updates from your sports ticker. Readers can click on any teaser post to go straight to the full post in your live blog.
- Live Indicator and Paywall Options
A small live indicator on your homepage shows readers when the match is happening in real time. You can also place your live blog behind a paywall to increase your subscriptions.
