Option A: Ad Integration With Ad Integration, you can place HTML ads between your live blog posts to monetize your content. You stay in full control: You decide per live blog which ads are displayed You define where exactly the ads appear All settings can be edited at any time This is especially useful for sensitive topics: If you don’t want to show ads in a specific live blog, you can simply not use ads for that one blog, while using them in others. Unlike external ad solutions, these settings are not applied globally across your organization’s live blogs, but are configured individually per live blog. Option B: Premium Article Pinning With Premium Article Pinning, you can highlight paid, plus, or premium articles directly within your live blog. This feature allows you to: pin premium articles at one or multiple custom positions increase visibility and conversions for your content actively use the liveblog as a monetization channel You decide: which live blogs include pinned articles where the articles appear whether to link one or multiple articles per position This gives you full flexibility to guide readers toward your premium content and maximize revenue potential. Use event-based advertising to automatically display ads within your Tickaroo sports live ticker. With your ad manager, you can define which ad should be displayed for specific liveblog events. Please note that this feature works exclusively with sports templates. For example, if a goal is scored or a player is substituted in your football ticker, a perfectly matching ad can be triggered for that post – as demonstrated by NOZ. Alternatively, you can set ads to appear after a certain number of posts, giving you full flexibility. Yes! In the case of particularly long liveblogs, more display ads can be placed without overwhelming the reader compared to conventional articles. Due to the diverse format, video ads can also be placed within the liveblog to easily capture the attention of readers. However, be careful not to overload your liveblogs with ads and avoid ads on sensitive topics to keep the focus on the latest news.
